Start → Time recording → Terminal

• Show Department Sidebar
  After activate the checkbox, just employees of one department are shown. Different departments are selectable.
  Not activate: All employees are shown at once.
• PIN entry required for the employee
  After activate the checkbox, employees have to enter pin with 4 numbers to clock in. At the first time the mployees have to repeat the same pin 2 times.
• Allow project time registration
  After activate the checkbox, you can register project time also.

Department

Start → Time recording → Terminal → department

You can add new departments there.
After opening the terminal and activate the sidebar, only the assigned departments are displayed with employees.
Only departments of the administration can be added.

Offline functionality

Due to the offline functionality, dead spots are easy to bridge.
As soon as a WLAN connection is available, the data get recorded automatically.
