Current User
Department managers have the possibility to look at employees leave accounts and if necessary to create leave requests for their employees using the drop-down list.
Creating a new request
Using the button Request you may compile a new leave request. Managers are informed via email about new requests.
In the case that your request has been approved or rejected, you will also be informed via email.
- Type
Concerning the type of leave you can specify if it means Leave, Special leave, Sickness, Flextime or Other absence.

- Start / End
Choose the beginning and end of the leave. The numbers of days are automatically calculated. Public holidays and days that are not worked, (e-g. weekends) are not included. - Working Days
The number of days will be calculate automatically. The numbers of days are automatically calculated. Public holidays and days that are not worked, (e-g. weekends) are not included. -
Day
If you want to apply for half a days leave, set the same time of Start and End. Then choose the option Half day at the drop-down menu. - Comment
This is an ooptional field. You can describe why you want to have a leave day and be forwarded to the Head of Department
Leave Account
Beside the overview, you have a view of your Leave Entitlement. Also you see the additional leave, approved and requested leave. At last you see the remaining leave.
The rest leave is calculated adding amount of annual leave and the transferred leave of the previous year, deducting the leaves approved and applied for.
Delete a request

Year Caledar
Desktop → Leaves → Year Calendar
The Year Calendar shows an overview of applied and requested leaves of the current employee.
By choosing an entry an pressing the button Details you can see further informations for this entry.
